Ive always loved learning and pregnancy has been an amazing time to learn more about our beautiful birthing bodies. Our prenatal classes consisted of @hypnobirthing_aust which we loved! Lots of self care, more reading, yoga, chiropractic care, massage,plenty of time in nature, a few sneaky desert dates and of course, a weekly scrub coupled with check ins from my naturopath and teaching anywhere from 5 days a week to 2.
