08.01.2022 **IMPORTANT UPDATE** Thank you all for being so patient throughout this time. Please remember to bring your mask to your appointment, once we are seated and at the appropriate distance, the mask may be removed for the session and put back on before leaving.... I will greet you at the door with sanitiser before you enter or touch anything. The office will be cleaned after each session. If you are unwell at all, please reschedule. There will be no fee for this at all, I would prefer you reschedule just incase. Better be safe then sorry. Thank you for understanding. See you soon!

03.01.2022 Yesterday I had the most amazing crystal healing by @moonaurahealing If you caught my stories, I spoke briefly on what has led me to this journey and why I have chosen a holistic approach to healing for both myself and to offer to my clients. Just like every other human, I have my struggles. From a very young age I suffered with crippling anxiety from eating and throwing up. I remember my parents and family being concerned and at one point I heard the words "eating diso...rder" come out. I was very young, around 5 or 6 when all of this was happening. There was a lot of other things come into play, but back then, it wasn't taken into consideration much. Fast forward to having my own child, nutrition is now incredibly important to me, especially in recent times, but I found I still struggled with anxiety around anyone throwing up. It became heightened when my son was diagnosed with an severe food allergy that results in him throwing up and needing hospitalisation. You can imagine how well my anxiety liked that one. I have been through timeline therapy, psychologists, nutritionists, naturopaths, doctors and the like. I have now opened up to reiki, energy healing, and now crystal healing which has given me an amazing perspective on things. Healing is a constant journey, but one I am deeply enjoying with experiences like this. There are so many options, don't just choose one, choose them all., There is more then just one element to being human, by treating and healing them all, you will begin to see more improvement than you could have imagined.
