16.01.2022 Oof. Looks painful doesn't it! If you've had Cupping or know someone who has, they'll tell you it actually doesn't hurt that much!! And you'll find relief in the days following your treatment It can benefit you in so many different ways, from relaxation (I've actually had people fall asleep on me ), to increased joint mobility and pain relief. Plus you'll sleep SO well afterwards ... See those Cupping marks? They might look it, but they aren't really bruises, just an after effect of the suction. The suction, or 'negative pressure', causes blood vessels to expand, which in turn, creates an influx of fresh blood to the area, giving you instant relief when the cups come off. No matter what job you have, whether you're a mum-to-be or if you're someone who regularly trains (or doesn't ), I can incorporate this into your Remedial treatment.
