24.01.2022 Finally finding form- The 130 nature samples I’ve collected from around this beautiful Surf Coast and produced into my compositions are settling into some very groovy rhythms, ahh! 20.01.2022 Must remember the healing power of water. Even imagining the ocean or a body of water can bring relaxation and relief to the nervous system, AND expand our mind’s perspective and sense of well-being. Aahh, I couldn’t help but capture this ocean yest while out exercising. Extremely blessed to have this filter-free vast natural sight (& experience) that brought me straight back into awe and wonder. I’d like to stay with this, keep it in my mind and body as much as I can, even when locked up inside. So thought I’d share for you too. Remember the flowing waters.
