24.01.2022 Some action shots from this morning. We have been developing ways to use our body in our singing. We use a ball while singing our scales to activate springs the body, prevent over breathing and to create a strong mind body connection. It also provides the students with a sense of connection. These are all important skills we can utilise in our singing!

17.01.2022 Hit the Floor! This activity allows students to turn themselves into a ball and hit the floor after singing two lines. The aim is to support a healthy breathing system, prevent over breathing, improve posture and activate springs in the body. Most importantly its loads of fun!

15.01.2022 And it’s happening. When I started Melody Voice Studio years ago I was asked by my mentor what is your ethos. Years later going through my own personal and professional journey I finally have the answer. I started this as a way of helping my students find confidence and self esteem through their ability to express themselves. It is an absolute joy, privilege and my purpose to help others find their ability to find that release through their creativity. Most of all it should and has always been about fun! I am grateful and honoured that I have found a team that has the same purpose. It is going to be an amazing journey

06.01.2022 Bring a Friend Week For the last week of term 3rd of December to the 8th of December we will be having bring a friend week. If you have a friend that may be int...erested in Dance or Acrobatics you are welcome to bring them to class to join in free of charge. Photos Photo orders need to be in by the 29th of November. If you are not able to pay outstanding fees, please contact Melanie or Ally. 2019 Time/Table and Registration We will have our 2019 Time Table available online by the end of December to early January. Online registration will open first week of January. All existing students will need to re-register for 2019. Classes will commence the 2nd week of school term 1 4th of February.

06.01.2022 I dont know who had more fun in the junior singing group them or I! Singing requires you to do multiple things at once using your body and mind. So we are developing fun ways to do that.

06.01.2022 It comes with much sadness and a heavy heart that Melody Voice Studio will no longer be conducting lessons out of Thats Dance and Acrobatics. It has been an amazing couple of years.
