24.01.2022 Did you ever go to your school formal? I missed my grade 10 formal when I changed schools and ended up leaving after grade 11 so I missed my grade 12 formal. It was almost 15 years ago ! I remember seeing everyone’s grade 12 formal pictures online once and feeling upset that I wasn’t able to join all my friends. I never forget that feeling of missing out whenever proms and formals are on the telly or when others memories come up on social media.

19.01.2022 Where are my fellow can collectors? The complex we have moved into doesn’t have any recycling bins and I’m so proud that my partner very quickly took initiative to make sure he was collecting cans etc to take down to the local recycling station. This motivated me to get a couple of compost stations set up on our balcony for our food scraps, paper and cardboard. Is there someone in your life inspiring you do try better?

18.01.2022 Can I be honest with you? I feel like as a cleaner, people must think I’m after #allthejobs !! Although I really love my job, I really do what I do because it allows me to take time to do what really matters, like spending time with my kids, and being able to be there at school drop off and pick up everyday means the world to me. It’s so important to be honest with your current and future clients. Work isn’t work to me. I feel really good about going to work, but this is what really lights me up.

10.01.2022 I want you to get value from my corner of the Internet. Below are some daily tips to keep this gorgeous living space looking fresh: 1. Very lightly mist your windows with water and polish with a microfibre cloth to get rid of any splashes from washing up or fingerprints. 2. At least once a day make sure all your dishes are washed and your dish rack has been emptied. 3. Wipe down your kitchen benches and use a microfibre cloth to keep your Tapware and the grout on your splashb...ack dry to prevent mould. 4. At least once a day wipe your soap dispenser making sure there isn’t any gunk or build up around the nozzle. Making sure all the fingerprints are gone and giving it a Light polish makes the dispenser look like it has just been still bought no matter how long it’s been there. 5. I’m sure there is a bin living in that cupboard under the sink or at least if it was my kitchen there would be. Make sure the trash is taken out daily and your bins have been wiped out and dried each day to stop them smelling musty. Drones helped the...m estimate there were about 64,000 green turtles waiting to nest on the island last December. They published research this week in the PLOS ONE scientific journal finding drones were a much easier, safer and more accurate way of surveying turtles than counting them from boats. Lol. So tell me... When you head out for a picnic, what do you pack? Who do you go with? Where do you go? And who has to clean up?
