24.01.2022 My son absolutely loved his batman cake for his 7th birthday over the weekend. I felt proud when he said "mummy you make the best cakes". A chocolate and classic white sponge cake with milo chocolate icing and marshmallow fondant. Happy birthday to my handsome Riley.

17.01.2022 My youngest son, Bailey, turned 2 this week and of course that meant CAKE . My son loves Thomas the Tank Engine, hence this creation. A caramel mud cake and moist chocolate sponge cake, with caramel icing and marshmallow fondant. Was thankfully a crowd pleasure.

This was a layered chocolate and vanilla cake with blue and yellow colours through the vanilla layers. Topped off with Italian meringue buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant.
