21.01.2022 Tasmania, a wonderful place full of makers and creators! The Tasmanian Produce Market provides a platform for small Tasmanian businesses to connect with the community. This is a brand new market coming to the Eastern Shore commencing on Saturday, December 12th, 2020 followed by Dec 19, Dec 26, Jan 16, Jan 23 & Jan 30. Weekly from February 2021!... Please be patient with us during the first few markets as we find the best way to operate in the Kangaroo Bay Park location. We hope you can come & engage, learn & experience local! #melsevents

15.01.2022 To celebrate the festive season, we are having a drive to one of our favourite locations, Eagle Hawk Neck to enjoy a lunch from either the Lufra Hotel or from the amazing fresh fish van at the Blowhole (venue to be confirmed). This is a family friendly cruise and is open to all types of cars. We'd love to see you along. More details on meeting location will be posted as we get closer to the day.... 12.01.2022 for all baker enthusiasts this is for you. Calling all bakers - the annual Pavlova Competition is on again! It’s time to get creative in the kitchen, so grab the sugar and put your baking skills to the test for a chance to win. Special guest judges include Tino Carnevale and Abel Harris, who will be awarding prizes to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd running. Entries will close at the Bream Creek Showground kitchen at 10am, however you are welcome to add any finishing touches to your entry in our kitchens, with judges announcing prize winners at 12.00pm. Slices will be passed around after judging has finished. The competition will take place at the next market, held on Sunday, December 6th from 9am to 1pm at the Bream Creek showgrounds.
