15.01.2022 These balls are amazing! But the best part is doing a batch and adding oils!!! Do it! You will be surprised how amazing they taste! I do 6-8 drops of wild orange per batch or 5 drops of Peppermint or even 6-8 drops of lemon!! Yummmmoooooo Thanks Natalie Hiller for the recipe ... I also use rice malt syrup to lower sugar content as honey triples it. See more

11.01.2022 Oils for pain/discomfort and muscle recovery Ice blue: Most common oil for muscle aches, growing pains, arthritis and muscle recovery. Perfect for a soothing massage after a long day of work. Combination oil with - Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus work together to soothe and cool. ... Wintergreen: Single oil that has that warm feeling to it when applied as a result of the rich chemical components such as methyl salicylate, it is an ideal oil for massages. It has a prominent scent that is sweet, minty, and refreshing. This aroma can be both uplifting and stimulating to the senses. Aroma touch: Has the unique ability to lessen tension and provide comforting and relaxing effects. This blend combines the essential oils of Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit, and Lavender. Many of the oils in this blend are known for their calming properties and have been used for many years to promote feelings of tranquility. Often used as part of the aroma touch massage experience!!!! I am an aroma touch practitioner if you would like one!!!
