28.12.2021 CHOCOLATE & HEAT ARE NOT FRIENDS! Looks like the weather is getting super hot over the next week..... so remember to take care of your chocolate treats with one of the following options:. 1) Store in a cool cupboard... 2) Place in air tight packaging and pop in the fridge. When the heat is over, leave chocolates on the bench to come back to room temperature BEFORE you unwrap or open them. This will prevent condensation forming on the chocolates. 3) Drop off goodies at the air conditioned chocolate studio for babysitting Happy holidays!!
