The squadron comprises of full-time and part-time medical, nursing officers, medical technicians, and support personnel trained to conduct aeromedical evacuation missions primarily on military aircraft including the C-17A Globemaster, C-130J Hercules and C-27J Spartan, and on civilian aircraft as required.
