18.01.2022 How wonderful to have a Working for Victoria Team working at the garden 5 days a week for 6 months. One task, and they already done many, was to remove the wood mulch from the succulent section of the Californian, Central and South American bed and replace it with a Tuscan stone mulch. What an impressive effect the stone makes with succulents and cacti. #MBG #W4VTeam #MeltonCityMuchMore #lovethewest

15.01.2022 We were send a message containing some bad news and then good news today: "If anyone was wondering where the fourth cygnet went to, it was returned today after spending the night at the Royal Melbourne Zoo. The poor thing had a fishing hook caught in its leg, but is now safely back at the lake and accepted back into the family." Follow up: Unfortunately the zoo person also found an injured duck when returning the cygnet. Photo courtesy: S. Parker #MBG #MeltonCityMuchMore #Swans #MelbourneWater
