09.01.2022 Beginning on Thursday July 23rd, the return of our Game On program for 2020! There is usually a small fee for our Game On participants, but this season we are waiving all club fees for all participants - we just want you all enjoying your hockey! GAME ON!... Thursday's - 5.45-6.45 5- 10 year olds Begins July 23rd 8 week duration *NO COST Game On gives participants the opportunity to play modified games with less players on each side ensuring that each player can be more involved in game play. Game On allows for further development of the fundamental hockey skills, as well as the game based learning that comes through the modified matches. Participants will become accustomed to a team sport environment, being placed on fair and equal teams to play out the eight week season for the Game On Cup! 02.01.2022 Not too late to register for our first session this Thursday! The kids last week had an absolute ball at the Come & Try session last week , don’t miss out on all the fun.

02.01.2022 Some good news for a change! Very excited to announce that MHC have been successful with applications for two grants. Both of these applications were submitted early in the year prior to the Covid issues. Our applications were of course based on the immediate needs prior to the season, however both grants will enable us to be ready and well equipped for the 2021 season. Firstly, we have received $4784.20 from Melton City Council for the upgrade of our junior protective equipm...ent. This has enabled the purchase of 5 new complete goalkeeper kits and 16 new face masks. A much needed addition to our equipment with the influx of new juniors over the last year. We sincerely thank Melton City Council for their continued support of MHC. We also thank Just Hockey for supplying the equipment and accommodating our needs, and their valued and continued support of MHC. Secondly, we have received $990 from Sport and Recreation Victoria, Sporting Club Grants for the purchase of ten new junior team first aid kits. Again this will enable us to be well equipped for the start of the 2021 season. We also sincerely thank Sport and Recreation Victoria for their long held support of MHC.
