25.01.2022 Our latest renovation project sold at auction to a great local family. What a labour of love transforming the worst house in the street to one of the best! It is always worth it when you see the finished product. If you need any quality renovations done don't hesitate to give us a call.

25.01.2022 Just finished this awesome lower deck extension up on Castle Hill. Matching glass balustrade and plantation shutters were utilised to transition with the upper level so as to create dual level outdoor spaces. With views like this why wouldnt you! Also built under deck and around rock to give much needed storage.

24.01.2022 2017 is well underway for our gang. I think we must have been one of the only builders back in the first week after New Year. Was worth it, as the boys have smashed out a heap of work allowing us to get started on the dreaded painting scope. Painting old Houses is always challenging with as usual preparation the key. The T&G ceiling shown in the photo looked fine at first though on inspection the previous acrylic paint finish had been applied directly over old enamel and not binding to the surface beneath. Preparation required sanding with application of a oil based sealer prior to our new acrylic finish. Still heaps of work to do on this Reno but it is well underway.

22.01.2022 It took some time to locate the perfect house for our next renovation project but was worth the wait! Typical worst house in the best street scenario. Alexandra St, North Ward with awesome views to Castle Hill, every fruit tree under the sun and on a huge quarter acre block. Already taken 50 cubic metres of rubbish away and we can start to see the potential. The transformation is underway! Should have it ready for the market early 2017

21.01.2022 We finally finished this stunning high end ensuite make over for fantastic clients Peter and Belinda. These projects are all about the owners getting what they want. This job entailed Artisan boutique rectified edge tiles, high end tap ware and custom made two pack joinery with a piece of hand selected marble for the vanity top.

20.01.2022 Weve been a while working on our latest rejuvenation project in Alexandra St, North Ward. The polished floors have come up amazing with old meeting new literally in this transformation. A couple of weeks to go landscaping and finishing off before putting to the market. This one is close to The Strand & local restaurants, walking distance to Grammar School and Castle Hill. 4 great size bedrooms with multiple living areas on a quarter acre block. 19.01.2022 Sometimes the summer heat finally gets those owners who have persisted with their unlined decks! With this one we are fully insulating the roof cavity and retrofitting ceiling battens to the bullnose roof so as when completed they will have a nice cool flush lined ceiling, enabling down lights and fans. 19.01.2022 Just finished this fantastic new multi level deck facility on an elevated site positioned around a new pool. Plantation stairs servicing access between decks make for a seamless transition. Spotted Gum decking with all stainless steel fixings utilised around the pool. It's alway rewarding when we finish a nice new deck.

17.01.2022 The Magnetic Island palace is coming together finally. Building this new one for the parent in-laws so they can put their feet up and retire in an awesome spot. Always fun logistically working away from the main land. They should be in it soon!

16.01.2022 We also do the jobs no one else want to do, with this decorative double layered timber fence positioned on Castle Hill. Nothing like digging in rock and amongst bamboo suckers! Great job Dale. Norfab did a fantastic job on the powder coated gates that tie it all in.

16.01.2022 We are currently working on a large multi level deck servicing a new formed swimming pool. Hill side properties can pose access issues that need to be accounted for and done properly. This should be an awesome deck once finished.

12.01.2022 And we are done! Finally finished and ready for its new owners. 16 Plant St, West End Have loved doing this renovation for ourselves. 11.01.2022 Just finished this kitchen refurbishment for long standing clients Andrew, Michelle and my new quality assurance officer Tommy. Replaced the old outdated kitchen with new gloss laminated joinery, neutral stone bench tops and powder coated strip handles to transition and keep lines clean. The space may be on the small side, but it works in with their family requirements, and thats what matters!

10.01.2022 After the first month our North Ward renovation project is finally taking on some shape with some of the less glamorous sides of construction well underway. Should be a fantastic 4 bedroom residence in the heart of Townsville when completed.

09.01.2022 We just finished this awesome kitchen refurbishment for a freshen up. Sometimes a new splash back, handles and new appliances is all you need along with a few other tweaks. Just need someone to coordinate it all!

08.01.2022 This is our finished kitchen at our new Rowes Bay renovator. It always seem more difficult when you are doing it for yourself, maybe due to the myriad of selections now available to choose from. We incorporated an awesome slab of natural marble on the servery as the focal point and balanced the rest of the kitchen around it. 05.01.2022 Nearly finished the new build over Magnetic Island. Just had the kitchen installed,and now we can finalise the last remaining jobs to to bring it to life. We utilised both local and mainland trades and tried to select our finishes wisely based on Island lifestyle and location. It was interesting positioning the house directly adjacent the old above ground World War II bunker! Its an awesome set up for the the In Laws.

05.01.2022 Turning an old external covered area into a rustic office space complete with polished concrete floor, repurposed barn door and good old louvres for ventilation. These can be great rooms under a house.

04.01.2022 Ready for Island Living! All done, all finished for my in-laws new place of leisure in retirement on Magnetic Island. Built around the old WWII solid concrete bunker is their new custom designed lowest residence. Gets some awesome breezes with glimpses of ocean whilst sitting in harmony with the Islands surroundings. We know they will enjoy living here. Happy Days!

04.01.2022 Stately Period Queensland Home Transformation. We rescued this grand old residence from its use as business offices and returned the original house back to its former glory. Features were recovered with a comtempory edge added to create a great family home. We thoroughly enjoyed this renovation and are proud of the results acheived. Looking forward to our next project.

04.01.2022 The latest edition that completes the picture, tying in an awesome pool area, raised level BBQ and change room space with new plantation landing style stairs. All done in beautiful Spotted Gum HWD that blends with this hillside retreat and its surroundings.

01.01.2022 A couple of progress photos of our current renovation in Alexandra St. Our workers have knocked off today for a well earned break ready to start again in 2017! At least we have the main footprint of the refurbishment carried with new sub-floor of deck completed, rebuild of rear area done and enclosing of front sections of house etc. still a heap to do next year but that's something to look forward to.
