24.01.2022 ***NAPLAN 2021*** NAPLAN is different from regular classwork Children in Years 3, 5, 7, and 9 at ALL schools are required to sit four separate tests over three days between May 12-22. Tests are overseen by the teachers and principal at each school and usually take place in a hall or large classroom. Although NAPLAN gives parents, teachers, and schools an idea of where each individual student is at in their development, NAPLAN is primarily used as a benchmarking tool, taking a snapshot of how school children across the country are tracking in terms of literacy and numeracy skills that we believe are essential for their progress. NAPLAN results are used in planning, and to determine which schools, programs, or skills need to be prioritised and scrutinised.

13.01.2022 Student feedback- My review on tuition- By Nicku (grade 8) "I have been part of the tuition for a while now it’s awesome! I am learning many things that school hasn’t been teaching me, to me there’s 1 thing to improve; weekly/daily revision. I keep forgetting how to do stuff maybe if you can revise more? Other than that, I’m fine with tuition! So far in class, we haven’t learned algebra, and Razia taught me how to do it!... My grades haven’t been tested yet (because of covid-19) but I TOTALLY think I got better. I recommend having tuition if you want to get better or you think your falling behind, it really helps. In conclusion; I think Razia is a great teacher! And I have learned new things, from math to English." 04.01.2022 Due to lockdown I won't be able to conduct in person classes. Only online classes will be there. Rules are as follows- Students will recieve monthly booklets which I will design according to students ability. Which will be available from next week.... Students to submit booklets end of the month for marking. Every week targets will be there + assessment sheets to assess students understanding of the topics covered.
