05.01.2022 Has anyone else's hair been struggling over the past few months? @adaatude shared her recent hair loss journey: Over the last 6-8 months, I have personally gone through a lot of change which has taken its toll on my hair. I started working out harder than ever before (literally in my life) and joined CrossFit, I went on a keto-based diet, and I also encountered some hormonal changes along with a few other changes, and it was no surprise that I clearly shocked my body. ...
