WEDNESDAY 7.30 pm Sista Fitness, Morley (yoga) THURSDAY 6.30 pm Breathe, Wangara (yoga) FRIDAY 5.30 pm Sista Fitness, Midland (yoga) SUNDAY 8.00am West Coast Yoga, Sorrento (vinyasa) Pilates is 55 minutes. All other classes are one hour.
