25.01.2022 Today's cake was a 6 inch 4 layer choc mudcake covered in navy blue buttercream with a rough edge finish, gold leaf details, fresh flowers and french vanilla macarons. Love the stunning colours out in bloom at the moment

The cake was 7 inches diameter and 3 choc mudcakes high, filled and covered with a semi naked finish of fresh raspberry buttercream (so delicious), a dark choc ganache drip, and finished off with silver leaf, raspberry buttercream filled French vanilla macarons and fresh raspberries. Yum!

15.01.2022 Yesterday's 21st birthday oreo themed cake. The 3rd cake I ever sold was my inspiration. While I still think that cake was pretty good, I can definitely see improvements in my execution. This 7 inch trio of mudcakes (choc, caramel and white choc) was filled and covered with oreo buttercream, a dark choc ganache drip, oreos, white choc shards, mint sticks, cookies and cream choc etc. Yum!

09.01.2022 One last cake I did for a 5th birthday party yesterday. A very simple, but effective, farm themed cake. This 12 x 9 inch 2 layer choc mudcake was filled and covered in vanilla buttercream, simply decorated with piped grass, fondant name, shredded wheat for hay, sheep, fencing and a dog. 07.01.2022 This cake was ordered earlier in the year to celebrate Stacey Wandel's 40th birthday, however covid canned that celebration, so it turned into a Christmas themed cake instead. This 6 inch 4 layer choc mudcake is filled and covered with an oreo buttercream, a dark choc ganache drip with sprinkles (applied one-by-one with tweezers...see I can be patient!), and topped with vanilla buttercream trees, more sprinkles and oreos. Yummy!

Kept it simple with a 7 inch 6 layer choc mudcake with vanilla buttercream, decorated with dried flowers, gold leaf and a stencil. I chose Emerald green because I love green, but also because I grew up in Emerald. First time using a stencil, and I love it! I've gone for a rustic boho style...what do you think? I also did a gluten free hazelnut torte with baileys whipped cream, and some fondant covered sugar cookies. Nobody went hungry!
