20.01.2022 We have released a few minor improvements today including: - You can now edit the start date and time from the timesheet report. Simply click on the start or finish time. - Members with manage access can now add members directly to a different account or show just members from one account. - Under online ordering settings you can configure an email or list separated by a comma.... Thanks to those members who suggested these improvements and we hope they will improve your day to day usage of Member Hub. If you have any improvements or issues please don't hesitate to let us know.



19.01.2022 If you are interested in being a beta user of Member Hub and getting early access to new features let us know by leaving a comment or email us at [email protected], these features may or may not work and part of your job is testing them and providing feedback. The first beta feature is a new portal dashboard.

16.01.2022 We hope you all had a safe and Happy Easter! Tonight we have released a couple of small fixes and new features including notifications and the ability to email inactive members through Engage.

16.01.2022 Christmas has come early for Member Hub users! We now allow you to record "Skills" these could be non-accredited course, licenses or even life skills. We have also added a whiteboard so notes can be written and displayed to members on their portal for a short period of time.

15.01.2022 Maintenance - Tuesday 7th March 2017 from 1am AEDT We will be having scheduled maintenance Tuesday 7th March 2017 from 1am AEDT. The maintenance will last for approximately 2 hours, Member Hub will be unavailable for some users during this time. We try to keep scheduled maintenance that causes downtime especially for this duration to a minimum. This maintenance is to improve infrastructure speed and reliability.... We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes, however it's a step towards making Member Hub even better.

15.01.2022 Service Interruption - Our automatic scaling has failed this means we only have 3 of 4 servers correctly responding and one server is currently responding with a 502 Bad Gateway. We are working as quickly as we can to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience.



15.01.2022 We had another busy weekend and have released a few additional features just in time for Christmas. You can now use Member Hub to do your risk assessments and surveys as well as track who is available for operations using the new on-call/off-call system. To update your availability simple login to Member Hub at the top of the screen you should see your current status On-Duty click onto this to see the whole team and update your status. This allows visibility into the current capability of the team. Stay tuned for more exciting developments around this.

13.01.2022 It has been a long time since we posted anything and we're sorry for that. We have been busy with some big changes since last time and we will share some of the big new features we have added over the coming days.

12.01.2022 Happy Monday! We have even busy over the last week with the rollout of a new look and feel, email templates and facility bookings.

11.01.2022 One of our newest features is the ability for Member Hub to accept SMS replies. These can be received on your duty phone or in Member Hub. Within Member Hub they can trigger automatic event rsvp status changes or be forwarded to an email address.

11.01.2022 Maintenance is complete, thank you for your patience. During our maintenance window Member Hub continued to operate at 100% with no down time. We also successfully ran a test of our infrastructure to ensure the issue experienced today was resolved and the system functioned as expected.

09.01.2022 Update: Resolved! Everything is back to running normal. Our automated process detected an increase in response times so attempted to automatically deploy additional resources. One of these resources did not deploy correctly although reported it was healthy and moved into production which caused some requests to fail. This issue was automatically detected and the broken resource was automatically removed. All this occurred in approximately 15 minutes.... Apologies for any inconvenience caused. --- We are currently investigating why some of our servers have stopped responding, some people will experience the site and mobile application not working. We are working to fix the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

08.01.2022 Just a little something we are currently working on. As a member you will receive an email we call the Weekly Briefing every Monday which will include a list of upcoming events during the week, a list of expired qualifications and a list of qualifications that will expire within the next 30 days. Let us know what else you would like to see in your weekly brief email.

07.01.2022 This morning we have released a much anticipated update to our iPhone application. You will now be able to view a PDF document and then navigate back instead of getting stuck, you will also be able to share or download the document. We have also paved the way for some future updates around push notifications, to get started we have updated competency maintenance notifications, slide left from your lock screen to instantly be able to approve or decline a notification. If you a...lready have the app installed there should be an update in the App Store for you otherwise you can download our app today from https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/member-hub/id961839273?mt=8 or by searching for Member Hub on the App Store. Our Android application should see a similar update in the very near future.

To kick the year off a few small new improvements. ** Address Book - As a member your reference (member number) will be displayed and name. You can control which information is displayed from your "My Profile" section. The lock icon will be unlocked to show which information is being shared in the address book locked to show that you are keeping this information private. When editing ...your details the "Share with Team" is how you change if the information is visible in the address book. ** Links - A great way to share a wealth of online information available to emergency agencies and members. ** Manage - You can now add multiple members to skills at once, add links and update member privacy settings. Also receive updates to members details once a week in your email (configured through account settings).

[Edit] Amazon Web Services Sydney region are experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently working on a temporary solution to bring Member Hub back online for our Australian users.
