She is very committed to helping the doctors she works with, is easy to communicate with when required. She helped me a lot to get my current job when I have had difficulties in finding the right position suited to me as I am an overseas trained physician. She has widespread communication with different hospitals which is really helpful for any physician wanting to get work in medicine in Australia. She is also very much an empathetic and realistic person and this helps her go over and beyond to deal with some unwanted situations that can occur for the greater good and wellbeing of the doctors and their families.
