25.01.2022 A STROKE OF GOOD FORTUNE Belinda and Bryan certainly had luck on their side hen they married at the Thaxted Park Golf Club, Woodcroft on the day before shut-downs came into force for the COVID-19 outbreak, This lovely couple were drawn together because of their shared love of man's best friends - their dogs. In fact, Bryan is so keen on his canine mates, that he has set up a business dealing exclusively with their needs. The golf club was a wonderful venue - wide open spaces and lots of photo ops., especially when management threw in the use of wedding-ribboned golf carts for the bridal party. What a fun, happy day we all had!!

20.01.2022 A COVID-19 WEDDING SOLUTION For as long as marriages are permitted within these uncertain times, I am available to support you, regardless of whether maximum attendee numbers are limited to four or over 100. Your wedding will happen. I offer a simple, no-frills wedding ceremony and then a ‘follow-up’ ceremony, with all the family and friends you’d love to share with you, once the pandemic has passed. This second ceremony is strictly a ‘confirmation of vows’, but will be ex...actly the same as a wedding without the paperwork. Whether you choose to have a confirmation of vows is up to you. The COVID ‘No Frills Wedding’, with a fee of $400 includes: the ceremony, all paperwork completed, as many phone calls & texts as needed, you select venue (no extra for travel), copy of script, sign-in sheets for attendees, sanitisation of surfaces used by the celebrant and wedding party, individual pens for signing. 19.01.2022 I'm gearing up post-Covid and am now running with three different approaches to wedding celebrations. The Bespoke Wedding is especially designed and written from the ground up for the bridal couple. The Self-Written Option is for those couples who like the idea of planning and writing their own ceremony, knowing that I am supporting them with advice, templates and loving care throughout the process. 17.01.2022 A DELIGHTFUL FAMILY WEDDING When Rebecca and Steve tied the knot at the Penny's Hill Winery, McLaren Vale, it wasn't only the bride and groom who were at the heart of the proceedings, but also their beautiful little boy Maxwell and Steve's terrific daughter Tayla (Junior bridesmaid and a very vital part of our couple's developing relationship). Although the rain was playing games with us, we got through the ceremony with only a bit of a splish and a splash, even incorporating a wine ceremony. Such a lovely family unit who came together for a truly memorable wedding.

16.01.2022 I'm looking forward, once again, to meeting and chatting with lots of couples taking their first steps towards their lifetime commitments. 14.01.2022 I am feeling very guilty as I confess that I have been getting well behind with keeping my Facebook page up-to-date. A huge thank you to the wonderful couples who allowed me the honour of being their marriage celebrant over the past six months. Though times have been slower, the couples and weddings I have worked with have been really varied - something I've very much enjoyed. The pics are a selection of the terrific people I have assisted of late.
