17.01.2022 I am still to find my new home. As we gallop towards the end of the year, (and with a planned OS trip) I am surrendering into some quiet time. I am taking the next couple of months to be still and meditate, to write and tend my garden. I will resume my search for new premises in the new year. 15.01.2022 Sneak Peek Oracle Deck DUPLICITY Its double trouble when the Duplicity card is drawn. Watch out for two-faced people and double-dealings. This card is asking you to be extra careful in all of your dealings. Make sure that youre checking everything twice especially contracts and other legal dealings. There is mischief afoot when the Duplicity card falls and you want to be prepared. Its wonderful to be able to take people at their word but now is not the time. Lookout for situations and persons that are likely to be trouble and stand clear!

10.01.2022 EFT Tapping The next point is the under arm point. This point is located about 15 cm directly beneath the arm pit. Tapping on this point assists in the release of worry, guilt, poor self esteem and insecurity. It also aids the release of obsessive thoughts. It allows for relaxation, confidence and compassion for the self and others. After tapping this point we move back to the top of the head and we have completed one cycle, or the basic cycle. ... To recap we start by tapping the Karate Chop point where we set our intention, we move to the top of the head, eyebrow point, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, collar bone, under arm and back to the head.

09.01.2022 Heartfelt wishes to all for a happy, healthy and heart centred holiday season. After an extremely challenging 2017 I look forward to a refocus on getting my book out and setting up a new business location for workshops. My father has now transitioned and I continue to care for my mother as we adjust to being in the world without him. I look forward to reconnecting with you all in 2018. My father is doing well at present settling into a new organic diet, consuming lots of wonderful herbs to bolster his immune system and enjoying long baths, massage and breathing sessions. He is strengthening each day and we continue to care for him with love and optimism. Thank you all for your patience as I know some of you have wanted appointments and I have been unable to provide that at this time. I am hoping ...to be back on deck around June/July.
