It is deadset goose bump material to see what you guys do each and every year. You guys long for this event every year and I really do tip my hat to you guys for doing what you do so well. Special mention the crazy crew at the Windang pub that stand 12 deep on the footpath every year, have one for me on our way past Sunday please. KB. 16.01.2022 Our WHS manager Chris Van Luenen is gearing up to put his body through 24hours of pain to raise much needed funds for the I98FM Illawarra Convoy helping them to do the things they do for kids with cancer. 16.01.2022 So once a year the Menai team all get together for the I98FM Illawarra Convoy and we polish some stuff, we dont have a lot of sleep because were to excited and then show up at west cliff colliery and some un godly hour on a Sunday morning for Convoy. We do bacon n eggs for brekky (60 people aint easy folks) and then we wait anxiously to roll out onto Appin road and do our thing for the kids. The drive from west cliff to Albion park is the best thing a person can ever exp...erience and all because of the people in the Illawarra doing there thing! Whilst I dont have any driving shots (because thats agounst the law) heres what we do have. Thanks so much again to every single person involved for making this event what it is.
