20.01.2022 MIW recently completed a remedial painting project for a Strata Building in Darlinghurst. The wet walls were suffering from salt damage and causing the paint to peel off and look unsightly. MIW followed the specification from Barrie Cooper of Westox to solve the problem. 19.01.2022 We prepared and painted a free standing 7 storey Strata building in Surry Hills in 2010. We used a combination of access methods: abseiling, scaffold and swinging stage. We washed the masonry and applied a coat of solvent sealer and two finish coats of Dulux Elastomeric. The project required a high level of communication with residents and special attention to the pedestrians on the busy street below. 05.01.2022 We recently did remedial work on office doors in Crows Nest. The Colour was Dulux Deep Reed Gloss Aquanamel. The existing adhesion was not optimal, and the paint was chipping around the handles to expose the sound white undercoat.
