She talks about how our diets need to change in different phases of our lives depending on our nutritional needs. If you want to skip to menopause, it's at around the 11 minute mark. Really good overall tips and information to keep in mind.



03.01.2022 As a nurse, I notice that so many women in healthcare struggle with weight and energy issues. Shift work, high stress, sub optimal exercise and eating habits are key contributing factors. There are many things we can do to regulate our hormone balance and maintain a healthy level of weight and fitness so we can feel fantastic...like this lady below! It's never too late. We become like those we surround ourselves with. So we had better make sure we are hanging out with who... we want to be like (HEALTHY)... The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the best version of ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great. We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the best version of ourselves.
