24.01.2022 The Victoria State Government have announced that as of 6pm today all people over the age of 12 must wear a mask indoors at public venues. Spectators must wear masks upon entering all SBA venues, masks to be worn throughout the duration of the training/game and when exiting the Stadiums. All coaches and team officials must also wear masks during the training/game.... Players must wear masks into the stadium until they start their warmup and then after their game. Masks must be covering mouth and nose at all times. #mentonemustangs #southernbasketball

10.01.2022 RETURN TO SPORT INJURY FREE! We hope you are all looking forward to getting back on court as soon as we are allowed. Of course a concern for us all is that we do return to the courts in a sensible and graduated manner to avoid the risk of injury. For this reason the club has reached out to secure the services of Physiotherapist Robert De Nardis. Robert works at Sandringham Sports Physio which is the clinic located at Tulip street near the stadium. Robert is also the Physio fo...r the Sabres community and also was the Physio for Melbourne United for several years. He has provided us with a link to some muscle activation exercises that you can do at home. He has suggested you do these at least every second day, he will shortly provide us with some running advice as well so stay tuned for that.
