19.01.2022 Let's get fiercely real for a sec... In all honesty, are you STOKED by the idea of writing, recording or designing a piece of content for social media?... Or does it feel like a CHORE? like something you HAVE TO DO to look like credible coach, business owner or human being in the eyes of your followers & new potential clients? ... When I made the decision to transition @dubkitty from a personal account to a channel to promote my Social Media Consulting / Coaching business SO MANY FEARS came up. Will people label me as a narcissist if I put a lot of creative energy & intention into branding myself? Am I creative, skilled or organized enough to do my own branding? What if I realize 6 months in that I actually hate what I'm producing & want to completely transform it? how embarrassing... But down the path of mindset coaching &owning a business (which I definitely see as a form of personal development in itself) I've learned to calm these thoughts the F down. And I've found practices to physically & mentally transition into my creative flow like never before. Content creation doesn't have to feel like a chore Content creation can instead be used to make you feel: stoked about your life connected to others & confident about who you are and what you represent If you've made it this far into my caption, I have a feeling that at least one aspect of this caption has resonated with you. I am bursting with joy, fulfilmment and soul nourishment from a weekend surrounded by creative, conscious, curious paradigm shfiters @earthfrequency Every interaction, instant manifestation, and connection confirmed how important it is for us to compassionately speak our minds, play with our inner child, wear, do and be what we truly want. But festival grounds aren't the only place to do that. In fact they are merely a rememberence. An experience to give us the taste of our own medicine so that we can be of service out here in the real world.
