07.01.2022 For those that know me well, know that I am not one to let a set back deter me from achieving my goal... nor am I one to shy away from a challenge. While my Ultra Trail 100 journey has been put on hold due to injury, it has become necessary for me to find a new focus to keep my fitness goals on track.... swimming will be a large part of my knee recovery and rehab so why not make it fun and give me something to work towards? Yep, I have decided to swim the length of the English Channel, all 33km of it! I will not be doing this in one go, but the aim is to swim a minimum of 1km every session and work my way back to running the Ultra-Trail 100 in 2022!!!! #newchallenges #challengeaccepted #whenonedoorcloses #temporarysetback #resetrefreshrenew #iwillrunagain

02.01.2022 Reflecting on the last 16 months of my Ms Australia World Universal journey... the time has finally arrived, with interviews and judging today and final judging and crowning tmw. It has been a long road and an amazing experience and I am so honoured just to be here and be in the company of 25 other amazing women, each of whom have their own journeys, experiences and stories to tell. The memories I will take away from this weekend are countless and will be some of the greatest memories of my life... thank you Robbie Canner for giving us this incredible experience, you are a beautiful soul and an inspiration to those around you. Beautiful ladies, and the world is our stage beautiful ladies... now let us all shine as bright as I know we all do

02.01.2022 As many of you know, I am a National Finalist in Ms Australia, New Zealand and Oceania World Universal, proudly representing Australia, but not everyone knows where my passion lies and what motivates my participation in such an invaluable and unique platform to raise awareness of causes that are incredibly important to me and close to my heart. As a sisterhood, we support Cancer Research and the search for a cure to bring an end to this hideous disease. As an individual, I al...so support and advocate for anti bullying and suicide prevention. As a society we must all stand up and put an end to the senseless loss of lives brought about by an attitude where people feel it is ok to belittle, abuse and torture a fellow human being for being individual, unique or a little bit different... or for even being themselves. Bullying must STOP! Help me continue to create more opportunities to promote ‘Bully Zero’ and together, let’s bring an end to bullying before more lives are lost unnecessarily.
