Not only is nature such an important, calming element for individuals, particularly those with mental health concerns but it is also FREE to attend throughout the week !! Our Early Literacy Program is designed for pre-School age children 0-5yrs to support early literacy development, through fun and engaging children’s books along with arts and crafts. According to the BlackDog Institute, approximately 45% of people suffer from mental health, that's nearly half of our population! This is an issue which has for so long, been taboo to discuss. Meraki wants to be a part of the movement to normalise the idea of bringing mental health into the spotlight and making it a part of our conversations. Meraki Foundation is raising money for the entire month (October 1... to November 2).
