17.01.2022 Lest we forget! This morning as the kids slept on (well the baby woke and I missed some of the service) , it was so lovely to see so many out on their driveways, the sun started to light up the sky as it peered over the horizon and it gave me time to reflect and remember them. Not only those who served many years ago but those who are serving now as well. Who else was out this morning?

16.01.2022 Unpaid Accounts Unfortunately a few clients have left no choice but for me to address this issue. I am going to have to start taking deposits from today on for any bookings. This past month I have some clients who have not paid their accounts. This is unacceptable and I will be taking deposits from here on. ... Unfortunately a few unpaid large accounts have spoilt it for everyone. My kind nature clearly had been taken for granted and obviously anyone who does not pay their accounts won't be rebooked with myself for any services. I have a family of 3 small children and a shift worker husband.I have limited appointment times and yes we do still have bills to pay just like any other family, and some. If you wish to secure an appointment with me a deposit will be taken before any service. All accounts MUST be paid in full before I leave from your appointment. I will be making this much easier aswel by now being able to accept PayPal, Pay pass or cash. Thank you to all you amazing clients who do the right thing and are the reason I absolutely love my job. Thank you for supporting a small business and I will see you all at your next appointment to get pampered.

07.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE It makes me sad to say but unfortunately due to the current situation in this crazy but beautiful world, I am forced to cancel ALL appointments for the foreseeable future. I would like to thank all of my amazing clients over the last few months who have been fully open and honest with any health concerns they may have and discussing them before their appointments. ... I hope you all stay safe and well and I will be seeing you on the flip side of this pandemic healthy, happy and ready for a much needed pampering! I will still be taking questions via message if anyone has any hair worries, just want some advice on a plan for their hair once everything is back to normal or someone who may just need a chat as these times can be very lonely.
