16.01.2022 Cancellation Policy : Just a quick friendly reminder about our cancellation policy. As my business is growing, appointments are booking out quickly and because of that some clients may have to wait longer to secure one. ... When booking an appointment, no matter the length, you’re securing my time. Sadly a few clients haven’t shown up or cancelled at very last minute. I understand things come up and I’m more then happy to work something out and reschedule your appointment but with no notice or very little, other clients miss out and it’s a waste of my time. The best thing you can do if you need to reschedule is please give at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee to cover my time & potentially a deposit prior to your next booking. I would really rather not ask for this but the Salon is my baby & I need to protect it. Thank you
