19.01.2022 Introducing our next Amazing adudicator for MERAKI 2019 !! Scott Ewen Scott is extremely excited to be a part of one of the most important Performing Arts Festivals for schools in WA. Dancer and choreographer Scott Ewen has performed the work of renowned Australian and international choreographers, including Garry Stewart, Natalie Weir, Stephanie Lake, Shaun Parker, Gabrielle Nankivell, Dominic Wong, Israel Aloni, Odelya Kuperberg, Leda Muhana, Jin-Wen Yu, Sue Peacock, Chris...sie Parrott, Larissa McGowan, Daniel Jaber, Marnie Palomares, Tobiah Booth-Remmers and Jake McLarnon. He trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and graduated as the recipient of the Hawaiian Award for the most outstanding graduate. Ewen joined Australian Dance Theatre in 2010 where he performed extensively with the company locally, nationally and internationally for over 5 years. He has also been a company dancer with Expressions Dance Company and a guest artist with ilDance (Sweden), Buzz Dance Theatre and Tasdance. As a choreographer, Ewen has created work for New Zealand Dance Company (NewZealand), World Dance Alliance Global Festival Seoul (South Korea), University of Wisconsin (USA), Norges Dansehøyskole (Norway), Tsos Dance Association and the International Young Choreographers Project (Taiwan), Biennale des Dance Festival (Seychelles), Strut Dance WA, LINK Dance Company, Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Adelaide College of the Arts, Queensland University of Technology and Australian Dance Theatre Youth Ensemble See more
