15.01.2022 Assuming that travelling will be possible and we can meet in person and embrace again.........we have changed the dates. A big thank you to our hosts in Amorgos, Vicky's Studios in Amorgos, who made it easy and are super accommodating.

10.01.2022 As you know, earlier this year we were busy planning our first Yoga and Painting Retreat (Creative Flow Retreat). However, with the current situation unfolding the way it has, we knew this was no longer going to be possible. We're still hosting our retreat in the first week of September - corona permitting - but we didn't want to wait till then to offer something to the world. We have been busy working behind the scenes to bring you our first online Chakra Healing Program. T...his offering will run for seven weeks - one week for each chakra - and will combined Yogic teachings with expressive art, particularly around colour. This is an opportunity for you to connect deeply with your mind, body and soul and in particular, the energetic centers of the body. If you would like more infomration please message us your interest. We can't wait to bring you what we know will be a tranformative journey for so many. The program commences Monday the 11th May and will only be open to a small number of people as we want to keep the group intimate and personal.
