24.01.2022 Tomorrow we stand united with Mildura Rural City Council to speak out and act to end gendered violence as part of White Ribbon Day 2020. In support of this day our organisations will tomorrow be donating $1 from all casual visits and bookings received at Mildura Waves and our outdoor pools across the Region to White Ribbon to help them continue the important work they do right across our country to raise awareness and commit to action to prevent family violence from occurring.... Join us as we play our role in supporting our community’s efforts to end gendered violence. #WhiteRibbonDay2020

20.01.2022 Today we recognise the efforts of White Ribbon to raise awareness and work towards the prevention of family violence in our community. In support of this year’s White Ribbon Day, Aligned Leisure in partnership with @Mildura Rural City Council will be donating $1 from all casual visits and bookings received today at Mildura Waves and our outdoor pools across the Region directly to White Ribbon to support them in their continued effort to end the cycle of family violence. Pleas...e join us today by visiting one of your facilities, and if visiting Mildura Waves, pay your respects by the memorial tree to those who have lost their lives or been impacted by family violence this year. The low cost, 5 day intensive summer program teaches essential swimming and water safety to children from 4 years of age, with 5 x 30 minute lessons available throughout the week. Available dates and locations for this program include:... 09.01.2022 Our Community just got safer! In partnership with Mildura Rural City Council and Mildura First Aid Services we are excited to share that all of our outdoor pools across the region now have access to Automatic External Defibrillators (AED’s). Use of an AED is the 3rd link in the Chain of Survival for a casualty in cardiac arrest and if applied within minutes is proven to significantly increase the chances of survival.... We’d like to thank Mildura Rural City Council and Mildura First Aid Services for their united efforts in helping to keep our community safe.

07.01.2022 In light of the latest announcements our facility will be closing tonight (12 February 2021) and reopening on Thursday 18 February. We ask that everyone be safe and follow the Government guidelines to protect our community and see us return to operation as soon as possible. 02.01.2022 Outdoor Pool Season It has been a week since our outdoor pool season commenced and it has certainly been a week filled with smiling and happy faces that were excited to get back into their favourite outdoor pools across the region. Liz our first visitor at Red Cliffs pool, last Sunday at 10 am was happy dancing and excited to be back.... The Mildura Swim Club got back into their training at the Mildura Waves Outdoor Pool. It was great to see the kids back into their swimming. Our Merbein Lifeguards welcomed everyone back with open arms and the kids had a blast in the pool. All across the region our communities were super excited and happy to be back swimming in their local outdoor pools. We hope everyone enjoyed their first week back in their favorite outdoor pools and we cannot wait to share more great moments from every pool across out Outdoor Pool Facebook pages in the coming weeks and months.
