25.01.2022 On Monday, 23rd November, #ICCIAUS hosted the opening event of the Italian Cuisine in the World 2020 at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney. We celebrated restaurant...s that obtained the prestigious Ospitalita’ Italiana certification and we officially launched Cucina Italiana: a Guidebook to Italian dining, the very first guidebook that gathers the 47 certified restaurants in NSW and ACT.
