In comes the soothing voice over the PA from your cabin manager who says tonight our dinner selection is chicken or Beef surprise surprise. Who would of thought The smell of your beef starts wafting through the cabin. You are constantly turning your head to see how many seats before you get fed. Food envy is driving you crazy . You’re ...starving as you have no idea what country you are in and what the real time is and then suddenly Ms Vegan gets her tray.... I knew it, should of requested a special meal. You know Gluten free, fat free, sugar free, vego, lacto, no eggs, lots of eggs.... Too hard.... fruit platter says the airlines I just love asking .. do you have any special meals? Of course you do! Why do I ask when most agents avoid it (no brainer) Observe me as my chair wheels back, I prepare for the 45 min of my life I’ll never get back . 07.01.2022 Once upon a time - Me 10 years ago on Honeymoon beach. I met an old man Dougy who was the care taker on this beach which took me an hour to walk to every day. Dougy wanted to learn to read so every day I would come down with books or mags and help him do so. He kept all my books for nearly a year that I visited Vanuatu as at the time my partner lived there. It was a special time in my life as I met some beautiful people and learned so much about their culture and the pl...ace that is called one of the happiest places on earth. Dougy is probably not with us anymore but little would he know that my time with him will stay in my heart forever Travel changes lives WE WILL TRAVEL AGAIN
