24.01.2022 Nearly forgot to update you all.

23.01.2022 Day 3 on the OTT. We crossed Canal Creek then after preparing the car for the worst possible outcome... Flooding...we tackled the infamous Nolans crossing ( photos to come) the cars electrics shut down just as Liam was exiting so a few tense moments went by before she fired up and continued on her merry way.. We arrived at the picturesque Jardine river ferry crossing just as they closed for lunch so we did the same and were on out way by 1pm. Got a few supplies on arrival at Bamaga then headed to our chosen camp site for the next few days:-)

20.01.2022 Day 1 on the OTT

20.01.2022 Todays exploring took us to Burnett House, Parliament House and the Museum and Art Gallery of NT..

19.01.2022 After fixing the van up at Home Valley Station we decided to not go back to Mitchell Falls and head to El Questro Wilderness Park. We had a fab 4 days exploring some of the Gorge walks and 4WD tracks then lazing by the swimming hole in the afternoon. Lil learnt how to ride a horse and now she wants one....:-)... We met up with some old friends which made our last 2 nights even more enjoyable. We are currently in the Purnululu NP caravan park and looking forward to exploring the Bungle Bungles tomorrow.

18.01.2022 Tip for anyone heading to Tennant Creek for supplies.. The butchers/ bakers is great but hold of buying from the FoodBarn as is owned by the locals and double the cost of everything.. That was the advice from the butchers anyway.. Camooweal is good for supplies if heading in that direction :-)

18.01.2022 Day 2 on the OTT.. Eliot Falls and Twin Falls fab day splashing around in this magical place :-)

18.01.2022 Roads have been great so far today. Aiming for Bramwell Junction today then the Old Telegraph rd tomorrow... Let fun begin...

17.01.2022 We made it, not without issues but time to chill for a week before hitting Kakadu National Park.

17.01.2022 The Kronosaurus Korner was worth a visit and the lake is a great achievement for the town

17.01.2022 Yesterday we saw this magnificent turkey at Bramwell Roadhouse then we went on a very informative tour through one of Weipas bauxite mines. Very different to the coal mining we are use to seeing.

17.01.2022 We made some new animal friends at Hann River Roadhouse and todays drive along the Creb Track gave us some beautiful views.

12.01.2022 After what seemed like a never ending road we finally made it to the Bungle Bungles today. We did the Dome loop and Cathedral Gorge first up, then drove across to Echidna Chasm which was by far our favourite spot in todays viewing.

09.01.2022 Wednsday nights stop was Captain Billy Landing. Nice spot, very windy. We met some lovely people. Came across a fallen tree on the way out which was swiftly moved my John, Frog and Liam :-)

06.01.2022 We have been a little quiet on our page enjoying the sights around Cairns with family that flew in to join us, tomorrow we leave the caravan behind and head north for Cape York, no doubt we will return with stories of adventure so until then.

05.01.2022 Water falls of the FNQ Tablelands. Millstream, Millaa Millaa, Zillie and Ellinjaa falls. Nice change from the dust and brown grass weve been travelling through lately.
