24.01.2022 Our second #thisgirlcan event seen our sewing group head off for a stroll around Meredith.. most of these ladies were a part of our Walktober event, so this was a fabulous way of finally being able to walk together!! Once again, our beautiful afternoon tea was supplied by Bush Tucker who delivered a individually wrapped box of goodies for everyone!! A lovely photo of our ladies all socially distanced after their walk..

24.01.2022 Our Ladies are BACK! And were we happy to see them!!! Today our Wednesday Exercise Group met at the Centre to walk Meredith as part of #thisgirlcan ! They wandered the streets before coming on back to the Centre for a long awaited catch up, enjoying some delicious morning tea provided to us by Treat Bakeshop... It was just so lovely to have these ladies back in the centre.. Steady Feet and Active Older Exercise starts next Wednesday at 9.30.. if you are wanting to join us, do give us a call - 5286 0700.

23.01.2022 Christmas at the Community Centre... Guess who came to visit? On our last day of care, Santa decided to drop past our beautiful kids for their final session for 2020.... Our thanks to the Meredith Rural Fire Brigade for bringing Santa along to the Meredith Community Centre and making their final day one to remember!

23.01.2022 We did it. A year of difference. One of frustration, yet filled with so much kindness. A year of adaption. One of isolation, yet filled with so much love for each other.... So to everyone in our Community, I wish you a Merry Christmas. Our Centre is now closed for the School Holidays. Please be safe over the break and I look forward to seeing you in 2021.

06.01.2022 The Meredith Giving Tree is Up! Our Community Giving Tree last year helped some of our dear Community Members have a lovely Christmas, so we are doing it again to help other families who may need a bit of Community Spirit under their Tree! All you need to do is bring a new unwrapped gift for any member of the family and place it under the tree, we will then make up hampers to give to nominated families. Personal messages are welcomed!... If you wish to make a donation of vouchers or cash, please come in during our office hours. (Cash will be transferred to vouchers for our families) these are 9-3 Monday to Thursday, or give me a call on either 5286 0700 or 0491 184 999 and I can pick donations up!
