15.01.2022 Merge’s Anxiety and Stress Management Workshop is a short psycho educational program designed to help Individuals understand the what, why and how of anxiety and stress, As well as provide evidence based techniques and strategies that can be used to help soothe anxiety and stress. The topics covered include: - What is anxiety and stress... - Understanding our physical response - Understanding my brains response - How to calm the body - How to calm the mind The training is being run by Róisín Taylor as part of her Master of Counselling program at the University of Queensland. Participating in this study is anonymous and the program will be run online via Zoom. At the end of the program we will ask you to complete two 15-minute-long surveys. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the online program in helping you manage stress and anxiety as well as to gather your valuable feedback and discussion.

Manage any relapses Remember that it’s normal to find yourself lapsing into old habits. Try to pick yourself back up and return to your healthy behaviours.
