This page was created due to the passions I have for all things Eastern, particularly MERIDIAN therapy, MOVEMENT that makes life easier to live and sharing KNOWLEDGE that empowers people to HEAL themselves. Sometimes we can get so boxed in by the profession we name ourselves by that we forget that movement should be spontaneous, free & healing. I like to use tools I've gathered along the way through my learnings in Shiatsu as well as the simplicity and essential knowledge I obtain from being a Franklin Method Educator and a Pilates Practitioner. I invite you to pop in as often as you like, to comment or share but most of all, to learn simple things that will make the world of difference to how you live in your body.
