21.01.2022 This afternoons job will be peeling and preparing a heap of onions for a pickling day tomorrow....I only have 80+ kilo to go.... Be patient for their return as they have to sit for a few weeks before they can be sold...end of the month might be looking good... Will be sneaking in a gluten free batch to see the difference in taste (request from a friend). If successful they will be added to the stock supply.. Even an extra hot batch (extra chilli) is on the cards, just got to... get the chilli ratio correct..they have to be eatable... Happy watering, stinging eye day
