19.01.2022 #stretching #perfectforyouandyourclients #freeresource Keen to encourage your clients to stretch at home but aren't sure what to recommend? This incredible resource is now available for free thanks to Kit Laughlin, stretch therapy founder. Kit has very generously made the full pdf version of his book 'Stretching and Flexibility' available to all via this link below. In it, you'll find a ton of info about stretching, why should we stretch, what should we stretch, how long do ...we hold different stretches for and how often should we stretch plus a whole lot more including 14 weeks of full stretching lessons. #protip This resource is also compulsory reading for the Stretch Therapy Teacher program. If you're back hands-on again, this is a fabulous resource to encourage your clients to download as well so they can extend the wonderfully positive effects from your treatment at home. If you're not hands-on right now, this is a great way of staying in touch with your clients by supporting them to take care of themselves at home while they wait your return. The FREE pdf download is available until JUNE 30th. Here's the link to get instant access. Please share far and wide.
