22.01.2022 A box full of happiness! These lovely puppies were in for their vaccination and microchips today.

22.01.2022 COVID-19 Update We are open as normal! here are some guidelines to help both humans and animals stay safe and healthy. If your pet needs veterinary attention and: You have been overseas within the last 14 days... You’re experiencing symptoms Need to self-isolate Please phone us for advice and we can make a plan in line with social distancing recommendations, we are keeping waiting times to a minimum. If you've been overseas or are unwell: We ask you to: Limit the number of people presenting your pet to just one owner When arriving for your appointment, please wait in your car Please phone us from your car on arrival and we can return the phone call to welcome you into the clinic when we are ready to see your pet. For all clients visiting the clinic we ask you to; - Use hand sanitisers located in the clinic - Phone ahead to order required prescription medicine repeats or food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait. We are working hard to ensure we can continue to provide complete veterinary care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This situation is rapidly evolving, and we will provide updates as required.

18.01.2022 This cutie was handed into us yesterday, and is no doubt missing its home. If this doggie belongs to you, please phone us on 6495 1262 from 8am. UPDATE: This sweet thing is now in care at the pound. Please call them directly for more information.

15.01.2022 COVID-19 update: We remain OPEN Veterinary Services are classified as an essential service. We have implemented a number of safety measures already and will be extending this to splitting our staff into teams. One team will work out of Merimbula and the other out of Pambula / Eden. These teams will have no contact with each other at or outside of work. This is to keep our services available if one team needs to self isolate. Our afterhours service is also available for... clinic and farm visits as per normal. This will also mean Saturdays will swap between Pambula and Merimbula depending on which team the oncall vet belongs to. This may make things harder to see your favourite veterinarian (or nurse!) but as records are merged you may attend any of the 3 clinics. We will also still be conducting our fortnightly trip to Mallacoota, as being a essential service we are exempt from the 14 day border isolation - however preventative safety measures to prevent viral spread will be taken. If you are feeling unwell or in isolation we ask that you have a friend or family member bring your pet in as well as notifying us prior to the visit so we can undertake appropriate safety measures.
