We have almost processed all the refunds for the Ball and in all honesty that has only been possible from the birthday party bookings you have all been making! From the bottom of the sea, and our hearts, thank you. Thank you for believing in... us and for helping us continue to make magic! We plan to partipate in more community and charity events and give back to the community for the next year more than we ever have before. If you are an event organiser please be in touch! 16.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT We are absolutley heartbroken to announce that we at Mermaid Tempest & Friends must cancel all planned events for 2020 including the Royal Enchanted Ball originally postponed till September 20th. At the beginning of these uncertain times we had been informed to the best of everyones ability that the impacts of Covid 19 would have cleared up by this time, unfortunately that has not been the case. The saftey of our clients and cast are our top priori...ty and the venue has advised that it will still no longer be possible to host events expecting more than 20 guests. FULL REFUNDS have begun to process and we thank you for your patience as we move through them as quickly as possible for our family run small business. We expect all will be refunded before October. We emphaise with your fustration and understand the dificulty of explaining the situation to young children who have been excited for the event. For ticket holders we will be hosting a LIVE VIDEO CHAT with a few of the characters via zoom from 12:00pm-1pm on the 20th of september free of charge for original ticket holders. The Acess Link will be sent to your booking email in future and you are more then welcome to share it with your friends and family. We will play some games, sing and read a story with the children. They will be able to ask questions and sing along with us. We are still taking birthday party bookings and custom video message requests. If you would prefer not to recieve a refund, and instead wish to book a private appearance from a princess, we are more than happy to issue you credit instead to put towards a party package. We understand there are a few group birthday party bookings that have been made for the ball, we are happy to priorise cast member availability to attend your private home parties and will include bonus add one games and activities. Once upon a time as very excited little girl has woken from a long nights sleep, the day of the Royal Ball and has put on her favourite dress. She can not forget her special princess necklace, she has to show the mermaids after all!... The time has come, she climbs the staircase to get to the top of the tower where she is greeted by some fairies. Her mummy gives the fairies their magical invitation and in return they are presented with a special gift! This time it was flowers and mini teddy bears. The fairy leads them through a special door to an enchanted ballroom decorated with gold. The room is wrapped in rose vines and instantly the candy buffet is in sight. They are lead to a table and each have their own golden throne! An enchanted rose sparkles under the magical dome. A fairy offers some rainbow face paint AND glitter! COULD THIS DAY GET ANY BETTER? Suddenly the lights dim and the fairies get very excited! Its time to take your seats for the Royal Guests are about to arrive! One by one, every princess dances into the stage. Some are even chaperoned by a handsome prince! Songs are sung, games are played and new friends are made. The little girl cant believe she got to talk to real princesses! What a magical day.
