25.01.2022 Congratulations to Jaques who successfully tested for his black belt today - and had fun doing it :) Well done mate, and hopefully we can add a stripe or two on it down the track.

22.01.2022 Wow. Was great to be back tonight. Pretty awesome sight coming out to the foyer and seeing a line out the door with people wanting to try us out ! Cant wait to see you all again. Was also great to see the returning students who havent been able to train live in class since March.... Not too happy with a few of them growing 6 inches in that time however and now standing taller than me ! See you all Saturday. David

14.01.2022 Into and message from Mick to training available in our members only group

12.01.2022 Just wanted to say thanks to those students who have been participating in our online classes. It's awesome to be able to continue a training schedule in these trying times, and you guys have been fantastic. We are still testing certain things out and hopefully you are seeing improvement each week. Best of all, numbers have been really positive in our first 2 nights of online training. Take it easy everyone, and I'll see you next week.... David See more

11.01.2022 Hi all. Hopefully you are all going well through these difficult times. I am currently exploring my options with online classes and wondering which students would be interested in attending ? They would be twice a week in our regular time spots and run for approximately half an hour. Rather than me simply doing videos for you to watch, i would like to coach live and see the students train via video. All you would need is access to a webcam or phone.... I have spent today turning the spare room downstairs into a home dojo to get ready for it. See more

10.01.2022 As the State Government has announced another lockdown, please note that classes will no longer be returning on Monday 20th July. Online classes however will continue as per normal. Thanks, David.

04.01.2022 Hi guys. Thanks for those who participated in our first online class tonight. Unfortunately we had some minor technical issues which saw some students miss out. Based on our numbers however that attended and missed out (we had over 20 students sign in) i will be running two classes for our next session. David

04.01.2022 Thanks for everyone's attendance tonight. Unfortunately we have to work through this until everything returns to normal. In the meantime i'll see everyone same time Mondays. Stay safe.

01.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just a reminder that if you haven't booked for your class tonight, please do so now. Our first class is now booked out, but I may be able to move some of the lower belts who are still interested in attending into the 2nd class. 1st class - 6:15pm - new students to Orange belt ... 2nd class - 6:55pm - Yellow belts to purple black 3rd class - 7:30pm - Brown & black belts. See you all there ! David

28.12.2021 Hi everyone. Just letting you know I am currently working out a schedule due to Covid restrictions still in place. I will be in touch shortly.

14.12.2021 Hi everyone. Although there has been an ease on restrictions from today's announcement for physical recreation, unfortunately DHHS has capped Community Facilities at a maximum of 10 people per space. This will mean we cannot run our classes the way we normally would. As such, I am in contact with Council to try and explore our options and will keep everyone updated as soon as I am aware. Thanks, David.

27.11.2021 Hi everyone, Please note that due to current restrictions, we are unable to resume classes at this time, until further notice. If you do see the the venue being used, this is because community centres can be used for all activities other than physical recreation and sport under the current restrictions. I will keep you all informed as soon as we are aware when restrictions are lifted. In the meantime, keep your training up at home !

12.11.2021 Just a note that due to the current lockdown in Victoria, gradings and classes have been cancelled until Saturday 5th June 2021. Thanks, and take care. David

10.11.2021 Heads up for everyone.
