21.01.2022 It's that time of year. We are getting ready for planting this year's garlic crop. Meanwhile life on the farm is perfect, orchard is fed and mulched, ginger is surging ahead, and the cattle are still munching the last of the summer's grass.

19.01.2022 Under this blanket of mulch, next year's garlic is plotting its way to the sun. This bed of garlic will provide the seed for Merrick's Creek Organics 2016 planting.
