04.01.2022 Its that time again - already - get your promotions and stories together for the April Newsletter. Which will of course include action from the Rodeo winner of the 2019 Event of the year and the up coming ANZAC day at the 5 pines war and service memorial the winner of the 2020 event of the year for the Mansfield shire. 03.01.2022 It's time to ask you to please send in your stories and news. Promotions and announcements. Ideas and thoughts either in story, poetry or jokes. All you Melbourne readers - WELL DONE ! You are amazing - I have family and friends who have survived this lockdown with you and I feel very proud of how you have all brought this pandemic under control. It would be of interest to the rural readers if someone (or two) would like to share your experiences of city lockdown to save t...he state from illness and deaths. A friend told me the other day of her friend, who survived the virus attack on her body but is still suffering after effects, being tired constantly and feeling pain whenever breathing, although constant tests show she is not positive to the virus any longer. It's a nasty one and you deserve a pat on the back for hanging in there and bringing it under control. Please feel free to send in some stories, this is history, and recording it is important. Any new arrivals, quiet weddings, or minimal funerals to report on. Anyone had success in recent competitions operating during our restricted movement time? I know some artists and writers have been busy, but anythings you have been involved in where you are happy with the results please allow the rest of Merrijig to share your pleasure. Bye for now Adele
