22.01.2022 New Red Starburst colourway. Finished just in time for class in Port Macquarie this weekend and Coramba (Coffs Harbour)next weekend. Managed to sit outside in the sun today to put them together. 20.01.2022 Needlework Tours Cruise 2020 Today we would have been sailing off to Singapore on our Needlework Cruise. Disappointed this is has had to be postponed. I now look forward to March 2021 and sharing my love of Japanese Bead Embroidery with all those who booked onto my classes. 19.01.2022 Off celebrating our wedding anniversary, 35 years. Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas, I am struggling to comprehend the magnitude of this Ship. See the size of the Sydney Ferry coming alongside. Looking forward to relaxing and finding a quiet spot to sit and put some stitches into my Japanese Bead Embroidery. Have gone well outside my comfort zone, going up in the North Star Gondola, 300 feet high above the ship. Just about to depart Sydney Harbour. 17.01.2022 Spent yesterday in the Sounds Fiords region of New Zealand. First Dusty Sound, then Doubtful Sound but words cannot describe Milford Sound, what a magnificent experience. This huge ship was manoeuvred through the opening and then into the fiord where we spent an hour and a half in awe. The pictures do not do justice to the sheer size of the towering snow capped mountains on either side.
