25.01.2022 Have the courage to show kindness even when it not deserved! If you can do this you will be rewarded with a lightness of heart you haven’t felt before. The rough, the hurt and the pain will melt away. ... If you start with the small thing like the person cutting you off in traffic and the more you practice the easier it will become. #keeplearning #personalgrowth #kindness #coaching #hardwiredhabits #inspiration #growthmindset #change #shift #loveyourself

23.01.2022 Have the courage to be disciplined I’ll be flexing my discipline muscles during the month of October with walking 60klm for @blackdoginst to help raise awareness and funds for mental health. I’m hoping to build morning walking as a habit using the habit stacking method which is where you tack a new habit to a habit you already have ingrained. ... My morning cup of hot lemon water is one of the strongest habits I have so I’m thinking while I have my lemon water I can go walking on my treadmill. You only actually need enough discipline to build a habit then it becomes you normal. #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthmonth #october #growthmindset #positivevibes #coaching #myself #love #selfcare

18.01.2022 My new group challenge will be kicking off this Thursday If you have some habits that you have been struggling to imbed in you daily life yet you know they would make a huge difference, this challenge is for you. You'll get support to help you on your journey and learn more about how to hardwire the habit you need to make massive impact in your life.... If you or someone you know would benefit from a challenge like this, there is no charge, the best thing to happen is it could completely change your life, the worse thing nothing changes, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!! Our life is made up of the small things we do consistently so the quality of our life is essentially determined by the quality of our habit

05.01.2022 Off and running .........OK walking October is mental health awareness month and I am taking part in the One Foot Forward walk for The Black Dog Institute. If you are keen to challenge yourself and lift your own mental health please join our team (message me and I can send you the link) ... Mental Health is something that is not often talked about in everyday life and is something I have struggled with many time but not in the way you may think. I have never been suicidal and don’t know what it feel like to have thoes thoughts and urge anyone who is to seek out help. Life is truly beautiful and we all deserve to enjoy it. The mental health challenges I am talking about are Constant self doubt Worried I’m not a good enough, mother, friend, wife, daughter, sister. Stressed financially wondering how I’ll cover the bills this month. Overwhelmed with the pressure and expectations of a job I doubt I have the qualifications for. Constantly worrying that I’m making the right decision so end up making no decision at all for fear of getting it wrong Pressure I place on myself to meet all the current demands our modern fast paced society has. Doubting my ability to run a successful business Realisations that I’m not doing what I want in life and time is passing me by quicker each year Fearing if I don’t make changes in my life I’ll be stuck on the sidelines. Trying to answer the question of Is this all there really is? This is the mental health awareness I’m walking for. This is the stuff people stuff down in the pit of their stomach when they slap on their chosen mask for the day and walk out the door to the world. I know movement is a privilege denied to many and a fantastic tool to lift my mental state. The more I move the better I feel. It helps me get out of my head and give me a chance to see all I have to be grateful for. I urge you to do the same. One Foot Forward.
03.01.2022 Have a day out today. Pop along to the I am woman expo at the boat house. We are all set up ready for you. There are so many great business here. With lots of competitions and goodies to win. Grab yourself a hot drink from the cafe once your finished then head down to Niche Market and the Albert Hall. ... What a better way to spend a Sunday than getting out and supporting all the fabulous local business.
02.01.2022 Who are you dimming your light for? Everyone has a gift. Everyone! And I’ll stand to prove wrong anyone who doesn’t believe it. But we choose not to use it. We instead opt to dim our own light and don’t offer our gifts to the world ... We dim our own light for someone else. We do it to let others shine or as I’m also learning we dim our light and stand aside to let a storm past. All the while not realising that if we allow our light to shine and rise up we can be a beacon of light to shine the way for others. We have two ways to shine the brightest. One is to build the biggest tower and the other is to knock the other towers down. We have to learn that by continuing to work on building your tower higher you inspire others to do the same and lift them up. So I’ll ask again who are you dimming your light for? Xx
02.01.2022 Have the courage to be wrong. Accept your part in things then learn and grow from it. Being willing to get it wrong will help you be willing to give it a go and get it right. Xx... #growthmindset #pushyourself #coaching #schooloflife #healthylifestyle #mentalhealth #courage
01.01.2022 If anyone has or knows of a local business where I would be able to place some business card I’d love to know. I am trying to get my name out there a little more and push my boundaries (and comfort zone). Send me a PM if you do. ... Thanks
