Andrea Powles-Gullick a Transformational Courage Coach began her self-discovery journey after enduring the subsequent traumas of her two-day-old child being diagnosed with cancer and losing her husband in a tragic accident. As a Coach and Speaker, Andrea shares with clients and audiences alike, the importance of honouring our personal truth. She shares how through awareness, acceptance, alignment and action we can avoid an identity crisis in both our personal and professional lives.

19.01.2022 Merry Meet! How do you feel about Monday’s? I often have mixed emotions. I love the energy of it being a new week & a new beginning but I am also usually coming right off a busy weekend & struggle with the thought of ‘peopling’! This may not seem very conducive to successful business practice right?... As an ambivert I need some downtime to prepare myself for the week ahead so a while ago I made the decision to be closed on a Monday and now use this day to get myself organised, get the majority of my admin sorted for the week & connect online with my tribe. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself & my business as I’m no longer pushing myself to do things that don’t feel right and instead allowing more flow. 16.01.2022 Merry meet to you on this magical Monday morning! We all know that running a business requires commitment & a lot of work so it has taken me years to ‘allow’ myself to rest too. I always thought I had to be ‘busy’ to justify working for myself. Can you relate? Now taking days for self and my family are a priority and my life feels like it has so much more balance & flow - which in turn actually makes me more productive! 12.01.2022 What a fantastic first evening event we had tonight with a great interactive discussion on what does and doesn't work with our online presence when in business. Consistency still comes out on top with whichever method is used. Different categories of business have better success with some methods than others, for example our bookkeeper finds word of mouth and "power partnering" with accountants by far the most effective, whereas Facebook and Google Maps works best for a ca...fé and a blog is tops for our owner of an online store. An absolute must for all business' is to make the most of their Google info including the free one page website, but especially make sure you set up Google My Business.
